Please Join Us in Remembrance of Kevin Lane Pendleton

kevin-pendletonKevin Lane Pendleton passed away unexpectedly on November 13, 2018.

Kevin was born on December 23, 1965 to Ron and Darlene Pendleton (nee Mitchell). Kevin is survived by his wife of 30 years, Kelley Pendleton (nee Handley); loving father of Lane (Maggie), Ryan, Madison Pendleton and his faithful companion Casper; dear brother of Lance (Carren) and Curtis and loving uncle of Amber, Taylor and Brooke Pendleton. Kevin is also survived by his in-laws, Jerry Handley and Mary Maassen and his grandmother Margaret Maassen. Kevin was a dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Kevin impacted many lives through work and friendships, as he was always putting others needs first over his own. Kevin loved the Lord and instilled that faith in his home and children. Kevin greatly enjoyed hunting and being surrounded by nature. Kevin was very generous, hardworking and could fix anything. Kevin loved spending time with his family and could always be found outside barbecuing. Kevin had a true talent in drawing and woodworking and could create anything with his hands.

It’s hard to summarize anyone’s lives into a few short words but for Kevin that would be hardworking, compassionate, loving, and committed to say a few. Kevin will leave behind a huge void due to the impact he has had on so many. Rest In Peace dear husband, father, brother, friend and loved one.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Friday, November 16, 2018 at First Baptist Church St. Charles, 2701 Muegge Rd, St Charles, MO 63303.  The family will also receive friends at the church on Saturday, November 17 at 9:00 am until the time of services at 10:00 am.  Interment will be at St. Charles Memorial Gardens.  Memorial donations have been suggested to the Missouri Department of Conservation or to Missions at First Baptist Church St. Charles.
