Fresh Air is AMAZING. After living in our home and not having the furnace or a/c serviced for 5 years, I was convinced that when I had our 15yr old units serviced I would be buying new ones. When the service man came to the house and checked everything out, I was ABSOLUTELY ready to spend thousands replacing both units, the service tech explained that we were in good shape and didn’t need any repairs, let alone a new system. I kept challenging him, thinking if I’m going to need a new system in a year, just do it now while I have the money. The service tech handled the situation very well and educated me about our units. Now 5 years later, they still service the same units and have kept them in great shape! Last fall we had a whole house humidifier installed and were very happy with the lack of static we saw this past winter. I can’t say enough good things! I have recommended them to friends and family over the years. It’s comforting to know that they are educated, skilled, honest people who I know I could depend on being fair in an urgent situation (like the a/c failing).
Had them come out several years for maintenance; did a great job; when it was time for a new furnace, they gave us many options and helped us through the decision for a new furnace and air. We love the new system. It works great and got a fair price. We highly recommend them.
Fresh Air / Weinrich Heating and Cooling has always been easy to work with. My annual service agreement keeps my systems running good, and extends my warranty on the installed equipment from them. I had a failed AC unit and they were able to get me schedule for replacement fast, and they took great care in the installation. Scheduling of my annual inspections and cleanings are easy to set, and always seem to have good times available to fit with my schedule, rather than the other way around. Their new and expanded hours even helps further, if I do have a problem where I need quick service.
Fresh Air Heating and Cooling are truly professional. Chris, the technician, arrived at my home on time. He was extremely courteous and respectful to me as well as my property. He also went out of his way to greet and pet our elderly dog who instantly liked him. I highly recommend Fresh Air Heating and Cooling for their maintenance service.
I had been with another well known heating and cooling company for years. After a very poor experience with one of their service representatives, I was looking for a new company. After talking with friends and contacting the BBB, I decided to try Weinrich Heating and Cooling. I didn’t come across anyone who had anything but accolades for them. I’m very happy with not only their service but their expanded regular rate business hours.
A friend told me about them. I wanted a company that was in business for the long haul. The boss checked my unit, furnace and a/c, and told me what I should do. I told him what I wanted done. He told me the cost, including a plan for annual service. The following Monday the Fresh Air crew came, did their thing and left, without tracks… No muss, no fuss, no problems, no regrets. Unit seems to be working as promised. My wife and I are satisfied customers. Only surprise was a visit from Mike Sinn, the owner who wanted to check out the installation personally. Thanks to all the folks at Fresh Air!
We’ve used Fresh Air for over 20 years!! They are thorough, helpful, and very conscientious in their service. Each year, we purchase the service plan and it gives us a feeling of security to know if we need service, they will be here. Several years ago, our house was struck by lightning while we were away on vacation. Our house sitters called us, we called Fresh Air and by the time we got home, we had a new thermostat and a cool house. That’s service!! We highly recommend them…and have done so to family who moved to the St. Louis area.
After moving to the St. Louis Metro Suburban area from Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, Fresh Air Heating and A/C was recommended to our family by a dear friend many years ago. We have been very satisfied with their service, but yesterday their technician CHRIS went beyond the regular service we received in the past. He replaced all of our filters I had previously purchased, marked our furnace so that the position of the filter would be in the right direction, explained every step to me as he performed them, vacuumed floors and wiped the inside and outside of my furnace. I was so impressed with his outstanding work, that I not only called the office to express my complements, but asked if a note could be placed on our account to have Chris be the technician designated to service our units in the future. Immediately, I called my friends and shared my experience with them and they too are going to ask for Chris. JOB WELL DONE! I would recommend Fresh Air Heating & Cooling Service to anyone that is in need of their service.
We have a 12 year association with Fresh Air-Weinrich Heating and Cooling and have truly appreciated their professional and friendly service. We have a home in surburban St. Louis County, Missouri and “inherited” a geo-thermal water furnace when we moved in 12 years ago. The previous owner strongly recommended this company and we are glad they did! We recently had a minor flooding problem caused by a clogged drain pipe in our HVAC system. Steve, the very knowledgeable technician who has been part of the servicing team since we moved in, quickly diagnosed and solved the issue for us and at a very reasonable cost. We love this company so much and have been so happy with their service that we chose them to provide the annual maintenance on our whole house generator, which was put in place a year ago. In addition to having wonderful technicians, the office staff are very helpful and friendly as well. They service all types of heating and cooling systems and take care of generators, too. You won’t go wrong by using them. Highly recommended!
